Read guideNew to Saturation Diving? Follow these six steps to get into your first profitable dive.
- 1
Install Roblox and join a server
Saturation Diving runs inside the standard Roblox client. Open the game page, hit Play, and pick a public or private server. Private servers are recommended for your first two dives.
- 2
Pick a diver role in the lobby
Choose between Captain, Engineer, Spotter, or Salvager at the lobby terminal. Each role changes the gear you spawn with and the way you contribute to the team. Engineer is the most forgiving for new divers.
- 3
Take the submarine to Twilight Reef
Pull the launch lever once your team is seated. Twilight Reef is the shallowest zone and the safest place to learn the dive loop: descend, mine, surface, sell.
- 4
Mine, salvage, and surface before you black out
Watch your oxygen meter. The recommended surface window is 30% remaining. Sprinting and drilling spike drain, so plan your return trip before you commit to a pipe cluster.
- 5
Earn credits and upgrade your gear
Sell ore at the cargo bay to bank credits. Spend your first thousand on the Twin Reserve tank, then the Pneumatic Spindle drill. The upgrades guide walks through the rest of the priority order.
- 6
Push into Mid Ridge and Abyssal Hollow
Once you have A-tier gear, the next zones pay out 3x to 10x more credits per dive. Bring a full team and Field Rebreathers before you commit to a deep run.
Wiki FAQ
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is Saturation Diving?
Saturation Diving is a co-op horror adventure on Roblox where you and your friends dive to the bottom of the ocean to mine ore, salvage wrecks, and upgrade gear while avoiding deep-sea entities. It is in public beta and free to play.
Is this wiki official?
No. This is an unofficial fan-made resource. Game names, marks, and assets belong to their respective owners. Always verify announcements through the official Roblox game page or developer channels.
Which languages is the wiki available in?
English, Français, Deutsch, Español, Bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, and Português (BR). Switch languages from the globe icon in the header — the URL stays on the same page so you can compare translations side by side.
How do I embed YouTube videos on the wiki?
Every guide embeds one verified YouTube walkthrough mid-article. The video loads only after you click the play button — no autoplay, no tracking pixels, no extra weight on mobile.
What tools does the wiki ship with?
Two in-browser tools that never touch the Roblox client: a Dive Depth Calculator that turns a target depth into ore tier and recommended gear, and a Breathe Timer that counts down any tank tier with safety alerts. Both are free and offline-safe.
