The wiki used to list twenty fan-named awards. Those names are gone. If a guide still mentions First Dive or Twilight Veteran, treat it as old shorthand for Primitive Diver and move on.

How Badges Award

The Roblox platform grants a badge when the experience server confirms the condition. A beta wipe can reset credits, gear, and pearls, but it does not strip badges. Play on a public server (official VIP instances are disabled) — the conditions below all fire in the live 50-player place.

Award counts move fast. As of a late-August 2026 API pull, Primitive Diver sits near 295k grants, Ramshackle near 190k, and Dig dig dig (Sanguinite clear) near 54k. Hunter Killer, Simply Better, and A Memory remain the rare end — often under a few hundred grants. Use those three as a completionist filter, not as a first-session checklist. Dive-Length Badges

These five track how far a single dive goes. They are the backbone of the dive-levels guide.

• Primitive Diver — Complete your first dive. Awarded on the first successful extraction. Win rate sits around 82%. If you black out before you surface, you do not get it.
• Ramshackle Diver — Complete three levels in one dive. The first real stamina check. You need a working oxygen habit, not just a lucky lobby.
• Apprentice Diver — Complete six levels in a single dive. Past this point Sanguinite clears and monster pressure both spike. Pair with the How to Survive oxygen window.
• Journeyman Diver — Complete eleven rounds in a single dive. The wording switches from levels to rounds in the official text — treat them as the same dive clock. Win rate drops to about 3%.
• Mastercraft Diver — Complete fifteen levels in a single dive. The longest dive-length award. Bring a full squad, six upgrades if you can (Tactical Gear), and a planned surface route.

Combat Badges

Monsters are not set dressing. You can kill them, and three badges prove it.

• Hunter — Kill a monster. Any confirmed kill counts. First-session divers usually earn this while defending a pipe cluster.
• Hunter Killer — Kill ten monsters in one run. Extremely rare (dozens of grants, not thousands). Do not grief teammates to farm it — a coordinated mid-depth run is the honest path.
• Simply Better — Kill two grimreefs in one level. Grimreefs are a named live entity. You need two kills inside the same level, not across a whole dive. This is the combat flex badge.

Economy, Upgrades, and Items

• Dig dig dig to the center of the earth! — Clear the entire map of Sanguinite past level six. Sanguinite is a live ore. The badge wants a clean floor after level six, not a single node.
• Legalize Nuclear Bombs — Buy and use the P.L.O.P. The item is purchased, then activated. See the items guide for the shop path.
• Tactical Gear — Have six upgrades active. Six at once, not six owned in storage. Cross-check the upgrades tree before you buy cosmetics that do not occupy an upgrade slot.
• A Memory — Use the Music Box. One of the rarest awards on the list. The Music Box is a use item, not a passive unlock — you have to play it. Details live on the items page.

Logs and Crash Plateau

• Antiquities — Collect a monster log. First bestiary pickup. Most divers earn this without hunting for it.
• The Collector — Collect all monster logs. Completionist finish for the monster-logs set. Low win rate; you will be back in Crash Plateau more than once.
• We lost a hero that day. — Collect and play the Mysterious Log in Crash Plateau. Two verbs: collect and play. Crash Plateau is the confirmed crash-site zone in the live badge text. If you bank the log and never play it, the badge stays dark.

1. Primitive Diver on dive one.
2. Antiquities the first time a log drops.
3. Hunter the first time a monster dies on your account.
4. Ramshackle → Apprentice as you learn the level loop.
5. Sanguinite clear after you can hold past level six.
6. Tactical Gear once six upgrades fit your loadout.
7. P.L.O.P purchase and use.
8. Crash Plateau Mysterious Log.
9. The Collector, then Simply Better, Hunter Killer, Music Box, Journeyman, Mastercraft.
